What temperature should I keep my Omega 3 on?

i always kee mine in the refrigerator…..warm is when things start on the rise on food. refrigerator should be kept at 39 degrees and no leftovers after 2 or three days
omega 3s are ok cold they cannot tolerate much heat or light or they go rancid if not they are ok
