Omega-3 is certainly excellent. You can get fish oil capsules for that. St John’s Wort is excellent for boosting mood. Any amount of exercise helps, but it’s recommended that everyone get at least 30 minutes a day.
Sports meeting and puzzles are fantastic for exercising your brain. Try “Sodoku.”
Be sure to get plenty of fruits and veggies, and maybe even a multi-vitamin (gelcap or liquid).
Read “The Diet Cure” by Julia Ross and follow the advice she gives. Powerful stuff that is very effective. She has many questionnaires so you can assess where you are currently, and then from there you can find which supplements and diet she suggests.
