If Omega 3 is eaten in very high doses it can cause strokes, or so wikipedia says, how high is this does?

How much Omega do you have to eat, and just once, or this dose multiple times before a stroke? I am taking supplements for Omega 3.

I’m very curious how, and in which areas,our FINGERNAILS can reveal info. about our general health.Anyone?

I once read an article, stating that examining the condition of your nails, can offer information and insight, into the state of our over-all health?

I have vertical ridges on my finger-nails, that I can visibly see, and even slightly feel, and dark brownish-black horizontal lines about 1cm long. Does anyone have information as to what these could possibly mean? Anything else relevant on the subject , would be of great interest to me also, and very much appreciated. Below, is a brief outline of my current Physical and Emotional health. Is there a direct correlation between anything here, and nail condition?
PHYSICAL -
I try to maintain a healthy diet, incorporating moderate exercise, a reasonably healthy diet (not impeccable) and take supplements Iron, Vitamin B Complex, and Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules on a daily basis.
EMOTIONAL-
I am a Mum of 3 kids under 5, have a severe Anxiety Disorder, and struggling with a decison to leave my Emotionally Abusive husband,who won’t accept help.

Any other health tips or very important information?

I know about many health things, such as organic food, pasteurized but not homogenized milk, aluminum pots and in deoderant, natural and organic lotions and products, hydrogenated oil, high-fructose corn syrup, omega 3, spirulina, bentonite clay, amalgam fillings, mercury in certain fish, not using microwaves, whole food supplements and not vitamins, sleeping in complete darkness (for hormonal balance), etc. Is there anything else that is very important concerning health (there must be so much more) that I may not know?
