Spaghetti Sardines Recipe By Dr. Willie T. Ong Marami ang nagmamaliit sa sardinas. Ngunit sa katunayan, ang sardinas ay isa sa pinakamasustansyang pagkain sa buong mundo. Isang klase ng pagluto ng sardinas ay ang Spaghetti sardines. Simple lang ang pagluto nito. 1. Maglagay ng konting mantika. 2. Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas. 3. Ilagay ang 2 lata ng dinurog na sardinas na may tomato sauce. Lutuin ng 5 minuto. 4. Pagkatapos, ilagay ang lutong spaghetti noodles at ihalo ito sa sahog na sardinas. Masarap ito. Ano ang benepisyo ng sardinas? 1. May Omega 3 fatty acids &#8212; Ang sardinas ay sagana sa Omega 3. Ayon sa American Heart Association, ang Omega 3 ay nagpapataas ng good cholesterol at pinoprotektahan ang ating puso, utak at ugat. Dahil dito, makaiiwas tayo sa atake sa puso at sa istrok. 2. May Coenzyme Q10 &#8212; Alam ninyo ba na ang sardinas ay may mataas na lebel ng Coenzyme Q10, isang anti-oxidant na nagpapalakas ng katawan. 3.
