Is it dangerous if I take more Omega 3 pills than the bottle says?
Thе bottle ѕауѕ 3 per day, bυt sometimes I take 4 οr 5 іf I judge thаt mу Omega 6 intake wаѕ higher thаt day (striving tο keep a 1:2 Omega3:Omega6 balance).

If Omega 3 is eaten in very high doses it can cause strokes, or so wikipedia says, how high is this does?
