Need help with choosing a supplement for social anxiety and depression…?

I’ve came across some information about natural ways of controlling anxiety and I’m very interested in it. Omega 3 Fish Oil, ect. Can anyone tell me their experience using the supplements and the side effects? Thanks.

    st. john’s wort and ginkgo biloba seems to work the best for me.
    also, DL-phenylalanine, specifically the brand “1 fast 400″. rhodiolia rosea works very well for many people, seemed to help me also.
