		<description>Hemp Seed does the job of all those ingredients, and better. The World Health Org. says you need a 1 to 4 ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6. Flax seed is the opposite, a 4 O3 to 1 O6.
Hemp Seed is the closest with a 1 to 3.75 ratio. Not to mention many more health benefits just look it up.</description>
