If you want a more vegetarian option to get your Omega 3′s try flaxseed! You dont want the flaxseed oil you want the actual flaxseed because it has fiber and cancer fighting lignans that flaxseed & fish oil LEAVE OUT! Rifining is certainly a problem. But, even unrefined meat-based diets (i.e. the Inuit) tend to decrease life span by many years (~10 years in the Inuit example).
I like how he generalizes about the initiator of Wendy’s death to the fact that meat is inside some junk food. One could also easily surmise it was the highly refined, processed bread, the commercially processing and raising of the meats used, and a host of other factors. This guy doesn’t sound very scientific. Humans have been eating saturated stout and meats and raw dairy for a very long time. Suddenly these foods have become terrible. Doesn’t make sense.
He has a very entertaining way of speaking. If he ever decides to be a voice actor for animation, I’d be strongly in help!
