    I’ve been preaching the word for sure. I look at people trying to lose weight eating a conventional egg omelette with bacon, a handful of nuts, chicken and steamed vegetables with olive oil and a grain-fed steak to top it all off and I have to clarify it to them that omega 3:6 ratio is hugely vital, not only for their weight loss but for general health and vitality as well.
